An alarm in your house remains not longer reserving the neighbourhood, but reaches you very fast on your mobile phone or on the screen of your PC in the office.

You are able to react very fast. By your WAP-mobile phone or any other device which has a standard internet Browser, you gain access. On eibPort attached cameras provide an overview.

eibPort can operate as EIB server. At the same time in this function several visualizations (LAN access) can be supplied with EIB data.

If a new visualization computer announces itself to eibPort via LAN or ISDN, the browser software is conveyed immediately a visusalisation screen with switching data of the EIB facility, i.e. time-consuming initialization (query the EIB switching status) over the EIB bus is void.

In increasing measures in private households more than one PC and data terminal are used. In consequence mini networks develop. Your private LAN network cannot only be used for these devices.

In this network together with eibPort visualizations can be furnished in several places.

As central EIB terminal the bab tec eibTouch 15 can be used. This provides a permanent overview for you.

Via Wireless LAN suitable PDA's or Web TV devices can be merged for EIB operation parallel to the central EIB terminal.
